A rustic, peeling, barely hanging on yet still operational grain elevator on the quiet plains of Nebraska. This original piece of artwork incorporates acrylic paints, pencils, pastels and authentic vintage ephemera (including clippings from an early 1900s dime novel, 1950s Western magazine, early 1900s agricultural guide, 1950s photo, and 1800s farmer's almanac) anchored by my photography. A contemporary piece of agricultural art/industrial art with a vintage aesthetic.
